At MK Mabale Holdings, we are committed to Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) with are integral to the way we conduct business. We recognize employees, business partners, suppliers and customers as stakeholders. We are committed to continual improvement in our performance.
We commit to zero harm to people, environment and property, efficient and total customer satisfaction and improved value for our shareholders. Our management system is consistent with international and organizational standards, legislation and other relevant requirements.
We undertake to ensure that our management system is developed, documented, implemented and maintained in a manner that is both understood and effective at all levels in our business, to enable us to:
- Identify, assess and manage risks to our employees, clients’ employees and the environment;
- Commit to achieving leading industry practice and recognition
- Meet and where appropriate, exceed applicable legislation;
- Lead and develop our people and provide resources to achieve our targets;
- Support the fundamental human rights of employees and safeguard them from exposure to unacceptable risk.

In addition to the above stated commitments, the following mechanisms, as required in terms of the provisions of the OHS Act, ISO NEMA, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 shall be implemented at each premises of MK Mabale Holdings Engineering as standard HSE procedure:
1. Audits and risk assessments;
2. Safe method statements;
3. Analysis of HSE workplace committee inspections and incident investigations being in place to ensure ongoing compliance with the OHS Act, ISO 14001, NEMA, OHSAS 18001 and COID Act requirements;
4. Thus creating a working environment that is safe and healthy for all stakeholders.

QUALITY POLICY
MK Mabale Holdings subscribes to standards of excellence at all times. Our approach to quality management embodies continuous improvement, in a cycle of planning, implementation, review and improvement.
Continuous improvement is therefore integral to MK Mabale Holdings' plans and planning.
We actively plan for quality as well as seeking opportunities to improve quality and committed to;
- Providing customers with high quality installations and services which meet requirements and are fit for their purpose.
- Operating the business to the systems required by ISO 9001, SABS and client quality requirements.
- Enhancing the skills of management and staff through review and actively pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare staff to perform their work more effectively.

To produce an annual Environmental Plan setting out our Objectives, Targets and planned Actions To comply fully with all relevant legislation
To minimize our waste and reduce our water consumption where possible
To reduce, Reuse, Recycle the resources consumed by our business wherever practical
To invite our customers, suppliers and contractors to participate in our efforts to protect the environment
To provide all employees with the training and resources required to meet our objectives To openly communicate our policies and practices to interested parties
To monitor and record our environmental impacts on a regular basis and compare our performance with our policies, objectives and targets”
